Non-QM (most popular now)

Minimum 620 score (640 on noted programs below). These loans do not go through regular Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac findings. Los préstamos más populares ahora son los Non-QM (mín. 620; en varios programas mín. 640): no pasan por findings regulares.

  • Self-employed: qualify with profit & loss. Usamos P&L para calificar.
